I'm hungry!
I started off poorly because I didnt have Flax oil for shakes or frozen banana's. It was just an apple. So i didnt work out knowing I would be ravenous but took a walk instead. After the walk, and rice and veggies for lunch, i took a shower and found the basement flooded! John called Roto Rooter and is on his way home because i think it smells funny. Not like sewage, but possibly some sort of gas. We'll see. After that, its off to Whole Foods for supplies!!!
