Chugging Along

There isnt a whole heck of a lot to report. Since returning from Mexico, I'm totally wiped out, and waking up in the morning is complete torture. However, its my job as the mom of a nervous little nugget named Ben, to wake up and run him in the morning. We've found that getting out lots of his energy first thing in the morning allows him to be calm enough to chill out until mid afternoon when john comes home for lunch, then throws the ball. Before, he was getting into anything and everything because his playmate, Oscar, would be passed out all day. So far so good, but I'm tired!

We are having a few friends over for a pool party this weekend at John's mom's house for an end of summer pool "signing off" party. I'm looking forward to letting John handle as much of it as possible that day, as this is "his thing".

I think our wedding season has finally started winding down!! So far, we only have one more reception, one more wedding, bachelor party, and another reception until November, then I think thats it! WOO HOO!
