Well, Cause for Paws has really gained a lot of momentum. We have the contract which allows us access at Queeny park and are waiting for the cost of the insurance, we are waiting on the legal department of Anheuser Busch to give the go-ahead for money and free beer, we are waiting on an answer for the silent auction after, and on and on. However, these three are the top priorities for me. I cannot go ahead until I have these issues resolved. After I get those, I'll start printing T-shirts, and get those puppies for sale. Also, I've been working on the website and am totally in love with it. If you can imagine it, I've taken off another huge bite, and decided to make Cause for Paws an official Charitable Foundation. I've filled out all of the paperwork, am waiting for one signature, then off it goes, to wait for approval. This should really help clear the way the next time around, and make this waiting much more non existent. There is a lot of red tape, and rightfully so. No one knows me, and I could be a theif. So, just to avoid looking like a wacko in the future, this should help.
How much do you LOVE the "Cause for Paws" logo?? Kimberly Schwede designs in San Diego did it for me, and designed all of the posters, as well as the save the dates. She pulled it together literally in like 2 days. Totally amazing. She has a really fun, light and flirty edge about her, and would do great things for a new business!
