Its that time

Monday I start my spring fast. Fruits and Veggies only. Time to turn the engines off, and bring my body back to neutral. I'll be tracking my progress and my moods, seing as how I'm off Meat, Dairy, Caffeine (this never sticks, but I'll try), sugar, bread. Pretty much just fruits and veggies (2 veggies per every fruit) and limited brown rice, and an occassional egg. Three weeks, and no booze. It hurts, and I've only succeeded once before, but I'm going all the way this time, and will show you guys my progress...


I'm off to the golf course to see if a winter break has improved me at all...I've been going to the driving range, and swinging well, but who doesnt at the driving range?
