Ok, so my dear friend Jane has finally conceded to allow me to set her up, on a dating website! And by set her up, i mean, manage the site for her, and find her a hotty in Chicago!!! You can see from this picture, this will be quick, easy, and hopefully painless. I set the account up Friday night, and by Saturday at 8am, there were 7 emails and 8 "winks" (when guys are too big of p**sies to actually email). From those, I found a few that Jane agrees are worth persuing. Her account is going crazy, and John and I are thrilled!!! She's allowed me to blog about her progress and I am so excited because she is already having a good time with it!
What else?? Oh, I got my first job rejection! I dont take it as a bad thing either. I really applied to this job (my first job try) blind-like. The company is Called Brown Shoe, and the job was perfect for me, one thing aside; I have no managerial experience. I submitted my resume Tuesday morning, By 2:30 they called to arrange a phone interview, and the next day, i nailed it. She called Friday and said they were very pleased with me, but because of the level of the position, they need someone who can manage others with experience. Which i totally get. But, one thing's for sure: I need a job. I need to spend money. I need more money. I'm getting by, and it kills me. I want to go shopping damnit!
I got a microdermabrasion treatment Friday and am totally addicted. I left the dr office at 12, and by 3, my skin was already glowing, and today, i cant stop staring. But i want more!!! And it aint cheap!! John and my anniversary is Saturday, so i've put that on my wish list. I recommend it to anyone who takes care of their skin, but just has minor flaws. I had small bumps around my jaw line, and oh my gosh!! Night and Day difference. Totally worth the dough, and its painless, for the most part!
Speaking of anniversary. I got john a circular saw. Isnt that romantic?
OH! And i'm doing a low-carb eating plan with John. Anyone ever tried it?
