
FOR REAL. I'm hungry. Its only been 3 days, and man I'm hungry. But, I'm not listening. Here's why. I'm friggin ALWAYS hungry. People say, "eat 5-6 mini meals a day and revvvvv up your metabolism". I dont buy it. My metabolism is already soooo slow (like, not natural slow), so I'm just convinced I have to eat like a bird. I think the past 30 years, my body has been lying to me, and playing a little "trickery" on me. It tells me "eat, I'm hungry", so i do, and WHAM! Pudge. So, I'm taking the driver's seat back. I can do it!
And another thing, to add to my positive February. If you read my post from yesterday about Cause for the Paws slowing down, my kick-ass cousin Kate totally donated $175! She's amazing! Thank you Katie!!!
