I feel good- weird, but good. I'm totally feeling mental clarity, and have a dull aching hunger, like all the time. Water quenches it until I drink a juice. I definetly miss "chewing" but, I feel different, but in a good way. 3 more full days to go.
Last night I took a detoxifying ginger bath. Its meant to induce sweating, and that it did. I felt really good after, and slept well. Waking up was easier than normal, which i take as a good sign. I am going to my trainer in a few minutes, and have advised him of what I'm doing. I'll let you know how the work out goes. I may hit the deck, or I may rock out!
